Drink more water
Hydration directly correlates to the way you feel and the way your body functions. Start each morning with a liter of water (it can be cold, warm or room temperature). If you don't like drinking plain water, try infusing it with lemon, berries or any fruit of your choice. Hint water makes flavorful, zero calorie drinks that taste like fruit juice but without the added sugar.
